Dr. Madhiraju grew up in the Baltimore area and after completing his undergraduate education at Duke University, returned to Baltimore for his medical education. He graduated from University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency at University of Maryland Hospital. He treats a range of illnesses and problems within Adult Medicine at Park West. He enjoys reading, being outside and following the local sports teams.

Ms. Sharieff-Muhammad holds an undergraduate degree from the Community College of Baltimore County and Stevenson University and a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University, which she earned in 2021. With over 13 years of experience in behavioral health, Dr. McCabe has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based care, fostering community partnerships, and leading innovative programs that enhance the well-being of individuals and families.
In her current role as Chief of Behavioral Health and Social Work at Park West Health System, Inc., Dr. McCabe oversees a multidisciplinary team, integrating behavioral health services with primary care to provide holistic and comprehensive treatment. Under her leadership, the department has expanded its outreach efforts, increased access to mental health care for underserved populations, and implemented cutting-edge interventions to address mental health, substance use, and social challenges.
Dr. McCabe holds a Doctorate in Social Work from Simmons University, is certified in DBT, and has deep expertise in areas such as trauma-informed care, integrated care models, and public health strategies. A firm believer in empowering clients and clinicians, Dr. McCabe focuses on creating sustainable systems prioritizing client-centered care and staff development.
Dr. McCabe is also a sought-after speaker, presenting at community events, universities, local conferences, and Fortune 500 companies on mental health in community settings, trauma-responsive services, and leadership in social work. Her work has been instrumental in shaping policies and practices that ensure equitable access to mental health resources.
