Our goal is to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health by offering medical treatment, case management, and support services in a confidential and welcoming environment.
Comprehensive HIV Care & Support Services
Our Hidden Gardens Program provides a full range of medical and supportive services to ensure patients receive the care they need, including:
HIV Primary Care & Treatment – Comprehensive medical care, including routine check-ups and specialized HIV treatment.
Access to Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) – Effective medications to manage HIV and improve quality of life.
HIV Testing & Prevention Services – Free and confidential HIV testing, PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis).
Sexual Health & STI Screenings – Routine testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections.
Medical Case Management – Personalized support to help patients navigate healthcare and social services.
Nutritional Counseling & Support – Helping patients maintain a healthy diet to support overall well-being.
Housing Assistance & Social Services Referrals – Connecting patients with essential resources, including housing support and financial assistance.
Mental Health & Behavioral Health Services – Counseling andsupport for managing emotional well-being and coping with HIV-related challenges.
