You can help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by:
- Restrain from touching your face unnecessarily, especially your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough, or sneeze then immediately dispose of the tissue in a waste receptacle.
- Wash hands often for at least 20 seconds.
- Use soap and water when hands are visibly soiled. Otherwise, you can use hand-sanitizer with an alcohol content of 60% or greater.
- Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects often.
- Avoid close contact with people whose immune systems can be easily compromised.
What to do if you think you have exposed.
Check for symptoms:
- Do you have a cough?
- Do you have a fever?
- Are you having difficulty breathing?
- Have you been exposed to someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
During this time of uncertainty caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you can be assured that we at Park West Health System are doing everything within our power to maintain services and to keep you inform of any changes that we do make.
Our centers will continue to provide patient care within the guidelines appointed by the CDC and the Governor of Maryland. The practitioners and providers are committed to fulfilling your health, dental and behavioral health needs. We do ask, however, that you be patient. Changes are being made and updated daily to assure our patients, staff and communities-atlarge are protected from exposure. To minimize risks, we must work together.
Although it is best to limit person-to-person contact as much as reasonably possible, centers will be open during normal work hours, and if you have questions, you can still contact us by phone at (410) 542-7800.
